KEVIN DOUGHERTY Author, Lecturer, Consultant Kevin Dougherty has been speaking to the construction industry for over 30 years, including presentations for the MCAA, MSCA, the UA and other trade associations. JOHN NESSE Attorney, Management Guidance, LLP John Nesse counsels and represents employers in labor relations matters nationwide. His practice includes the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements, grievance-dispute resolution and arbitration, unfair labor practice proceedings, and counsel to contributing employers in matters related to multiemployer benefit plans. Nesse provides legal counsel to a variety of employers’ associations on operations and governmental affairs. Mr. Nesse has led or advised in the negotiation of hundreds of collective bargaining agreements in numerous industries. He has significant experience working with multiemployer groups and serves as the lead negotiator for several large industry agreements covering thousands of employees. VINCENT RUCKER Owner and CEO, Compass Technical Training Vincent Rucker is the owner and CEO of Compass Technical Training. Compass Technical Training specializing in cybersecurity training to people trying to enter the IT field or to escalate in the profession. He has been teaching cybersecurity for the last 10 years specializing in in Comptia, Ec-Council, and now ISC2 certifications. He has 12 IT certifications including CISSP, Certified Ethical Hacking, and Security+. He is presently on two different board of directors for two private adult training schools. His prior experience includes owning 4 break/fix stores in and around the Weymouth area specializing in working with small business as well as a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity. GREGG SCHOPPMAN Partner, FMI Gregg Schoppman is a partner with FMI specializing in productivity and project management and FMI’s project management consulting practice leaders. He is also the head of FMI’s consulting management group in Florida. Prior to joining FMI, Schoppman served as a senior project manager for a general contracting firm in central Florida. He has completed complex and sophisticated construction projects in several different niches and geographic markets.
