This hands-on three-hour training explores employers’ responsibility to provide disability, religious and pregnancy accommodations at every stage of the employment relationship. It presents effective methods for considering and implementing accommodation requests; this course is a truncated version of our three-day “Responding to Accommodation Requests 301” course for EEO professionals. Prerequisite: Employment Discrimination 101.

This ninety minute review training is perfect for all staff members, supervisors, and HR professionals who have taken MCAD’s “Sexual Harassment in the Workplace 101” within the last year. During this ninety minute session, we will review the content covered in our 3-hour training through an interactive game. This training is not appropriate for new employees or employees who have not taken the three-hour “Sexual Harassment in the Workplace 101” course.
