It discusses strategy and techniques derived from the science of negotiation and persuasion, and offers insight into individuals’ negotiation styles, strengths, and weaknesses. This program goes in-depth on the application to collective bargaining and how to best ensure favorable outcomes for your organization during negotiations.

Instructor

John NesseLabor Relations Attorney, Management Guidance, LLP

John Nesse counsels and represents employers in labor relations matters nationwide. His practice includes the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements, dispute resolution (grievance) and arbitration, unfair labor practice proceedings, and counsel to contributing employers in matters related to multi-employer benefit plans. Nesse has led or advised in the negotiation of hundreds of collective bargaining agreements in numerous industries. He has significant experience working with multi-employer groups and serves as the lead negotiator for several large industry agreements covering thousands of employees.
