You’ll learn the four key areas of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) that strong leaders develop to lead with empathy and confidence. Then, we’ll jump into a fun activity called “It’s a Small World” that shows just how connected we all really are—and how building relationships can supercharge your leadership journey.
