Please join the BTEA Women’s Group for a leadership workshop focused on emotional intelligence.

Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions while also empathizing with and influencing the emotions of others. This session will help leaders strengthen these skills to build trust, navigate conflict, and lead with greater impact.

During our time together, participants will:

  • Identify their emotional triggers and how these influence decision-making
  • Practice strategies for regulating emotions in high-stakes moments
  • Develop empathy and listening skills to better connect with others
  • Explore ways to create psychologically safe, high-performing teams

Instructor

Kristi KromidasSenior Consultant

Kristi Kromidas is a certified coach through New Ventures West professional coaching program and ICF (International Coaching Federation). She holds a MA in Professional Communication and a BA in Business Administration from Liberty University. Working with TribusAllen, Kristi both coaches executive leaders and facilitates team building workshops by empowering individuals to better understand their team dynamic through both assessments and team building exercises. She has worked with a wide variety of clients in industries such as banking, healthcare, and construction, as well as with collegiate sports teams. She specializes in building interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and dynamic assessments for both personality and wellbeing.  ​
