Overview

This hands-on workshop is designed for construction professionals who want to move beyond basic AI use and build practical Claude workflows that reduce repetitive administrative and coordination work. Participants will learn how to use Claude to streamline common construction tasks such as email management, submittal preparation, RFI drafting, spreadsheet and report analysis, scope-of-work drafting, meeting summaries, and project status updates. The session will also introduce key elements of the Claude ecosystem, including Projects, Skills, prompting strategy, and AI-assisted workflows. Through practical examples and guided exercises, attendees will see how AI can support project managers, project engineers, estimators, owners, office staff, and administrative teams without requiring coding or a technical background. Participants should bring a laptop and have access to a Claude Pro account to receive the full benefit of the hands-on training.
