Overview

Effective change order management can dramatically reduce a subcontractor’s risk and improve profitability. This four-hour interactive course examines the change order process from a subcontractor’s perspective and provides hands-on training in recognizing, scoping, pricing, documenting, and negotiating change orders. Participants will explore practical strategies for protecting their rights, communicating changed conditions, and presenting change orders more effectively. The course will culminate in a mock negotiation where participants can immediately apply the skills learned during the session.
