Overview

This workshop is designed for all Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers looking to understand the key contractual concerns and best practices in project documentation to protect themselves and their organizations from change orders and claims. Attendees will explore the types of contracts and top contractual concerns for contractors, best practices for RFI’s, change orders and notice requirements, and understand how daily reports are the single most important documentation tool on a project.

Growing his career as a mechanical contractor, Aichele pursued his passion for education and training of current and future mechanical contractors across the country.
