This course provides contractors with a detailed look at operational excellence and the processes, tools, and KPIs required to drive better project performance. As schedules fill, owner expectations rise, and margins remain under pressure, construction firms must examine where waste exists and develop consistent, efficient operating practices. This session will focus on the behaviors, systems, and accountability measures used by top-performing project teams and field leaders. Participants will explore how replicable tools and proactive processes can help firms improve performance today while maintaining a competitive advantage tomorrow.

Gregg SchoppmanPartner, FMI

Gregg Schoppman is a partner with FMI, where he specializes in productivity, project management, and construction operations. He is a leader in FMI’s project management consulting practice and also heads FMI’s consulting management group in Florida. Prior to joining FMI, Gregg served as a senior project manager for a general contracting firm in central Florida. He has completed complex construction projects across multiple markets and has worked as a construction manager with expertise in numerous methods of contract delivery.
