Overview

This course will be broken into two sessions designed to equip professionals with the skills needed to lead confidently and cultivate true leadership. Throughout the first session focused on introspection and self-awareness, attendees will engage in practical self-assessment activities, addressing strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. With honesty as a guide, attendees will pave the way for their evolution as leaders in the construction field.

  • Identify the core qualities of a successful construction leader
  • Develop and refine leadership traits within yourself
  • Establish a foundation for effective leadership within the construction context
  • Enhance communication skills to effectively engage your crew, clients, and others

Please note, Session 2 “Empowering Leadership” will take place on April 17. Attendees are encouraged to attend both as the courses will build.
