This course provides contractors with a detailed look at operational excellence and the processes, tools, and KPIs needed to drive stronger project performance. As schedules fill, owner expectations rise, and margins remain under pressure, construction firms must identify where waste exists and develop more consistent, efficient operating practices. Participants will examine the behaviors, systems, accountability measures, and replicable tools used by top-performing project teams and field leaders to improve performance today while maintaining a competitive advantage tomorrow.

Daphene Cyr Koch, PhD Owner, Build Your Know LLC

Daphene Cyr Koch, PhD is the owner of Build Your Know, LLC and brings more than 20 years of construction experience to her training. Her background spans commercial and industrial construction, beginning as a pipe fitter’s helper with her family mechanical construction company and extending to billion-dollar international projects. She has held roles including project engineer, project manager, owner’s representative, and field material manager. With a PhD in adult education and experience as a college professor, Daphene combines deep construction knowledge with an engaging, practical training style.
