Have you ever thought, “My life would be easier if I didn’t have to deal with people”? This interactive session explores the realities of conflict and problem-solving in today’s workplace. Participants will learn to distinguish between conflicts and problems—and why each requires a different approach. The session focuses on expanding individual responses to conflict, building strategies to address challenging situations outside of one’s comfort zone, and increasing managerial versatility. Additionally, the session will address potential risks related to hiring and termination, emphasizing proactive risk reduction through proper documentation and compliance with Massachusetts and federal employment laws.
